Ordered food for a gathering at the house. Called it in 2 days prior & the assistance that was provided was great. I was even able to pay via Zelle since the order was made through the phone. When I came to pick it up from the restaurant, the food wasn't quite ready, but it was an hour after opening. It's a Sunday, so it was already busy as you can imagine. They helped me pack the food in the car respectfully as to avoid possible spillage. The containers they were in were secure. If the prior comments haven't already mentioned it, the food tastes so good. Even though the restaurant is located in Phoenix & I'm located in Gilbert, it's worth the go!

Guuuuys! This place is so good! I was skeptical at first bc I'm Filipino and the menu options was just ok for me. But don't let it stop you from trying. It was very authentic tasting. The lechon Kawali was crunchy on the outside and the tender and juicy on the inside. The pork bbq skewers tasted fantastic as well. The meat was tender also! The seasoning on the bbq was very Filipino tasting. Fantastic flavors. The crispy kare kare was spot on as well. The veggies were cooked perfectly. The kare kare sauce wasn't salty and right amount of peanuts. If you are a lechon lover this place is very much worth it. The service was very good. Such nice sweet waiters making sure we're ok. They have karaoke also if yall wanna sing. Overall we had a great family dinner here and will be back.

Food was delicious, I got the kare-kare and vegetable lumpia. Halo halo for dessert. Service was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Ambiance was very pleasant, they have a sari sari store replica which brought a lot of great childhood memories to me. The items inside was real and for sale too

I heard this place was newer so we came to check it out! It was pretty cold out that day and going inside didn't make a difference. Not sure why it was kept so cold indoors. There was sari sari store in the back, a karaoke machine next to the entrance and there were probably 2-3 family's inside already when we arrived even though they had JUST opened. It didn't take long for the place to fill up though! And I mean, it was full. Order: * ube horchata * bangus I've never heard of the combo ube + horchata and being a fan of both it was a must try. That was gone fast in record time. It was DELICIOUS! I'm still sad that we didn't order one to go lol The bangus was fair. It was too salty for me. I usually like to drown it in soy sauce but I couldn't because there was already so much spice added.

The first time I tried this restaurant was thru there site they used uber drive to deliver there food, i ordered kare-kare and i know that bagoong is expensive but they still have a little bit of bagoong but it still need more. I liked there Takoyaki, i would say the portion of octopus was good and it's big too, the thai tea was the best. my husband like there Dinuguan and i like it too. they also have some kakanin like bibingka, kutsinta, puto, puto flan and some other more. There Sari Sari store was so cute and you can buy there as well the Royal cost $5 but it was really worth it. the lady was really nice (i forgot to ask her name) but she was really nice to me and to my husband. I will definitely go back to try more of there products

Absolute fantastic surprise! My good friend and I were treated so well, like family. Don't be fooled by the exterior, it's immaculate inside and the food is beyond!!!! The service is amazing and Liza, our waitress, was the best! We came at the perfect time, as karaoke was being set up! So we were entertained as we ate! So for food, we ordered pancit with meat and veggies, 30 piece lumpia (so we could have enough for leftovers), BBQ pork skewer rice plate, a pork adobo rice plate, and the calamansi juice for each of us as the beverages! I'd seen this place before, maybe at a food festival, don't quote me on this, but could've been a Yelp recommendation... either way, we came, we ate, we left stuffed, and we will be back!!!

With this restaurant being in a prime location on Camelback, I've driven past this place a few times and always wanted to stop by. We finally had the chance to come here tonight for dinner, and we left very pleased! My boyfriend is Filipino, and he's always looking for good, authentic Filipino food like what we used to find back home in the Bay Area. Let me start off my saying we'll definitely be coming back here to bring his parents next time. Tonight we tried the sizzling sisig and pancit overload, and it was so good. The flavors worked so well together, everything was nice and savory, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The service here was also amazing. Aside from a small mistake on our bill (we were accidentally charged for the large halo halo instead of the regular one and didn't notice until after we paid, but they quickly refunded us), everyone was very welcoming and the service was quick. Definitely a great family owned restaurant that values their customers. The decor in this restaurant is really cute and displays from the Filipino culture. The menu also says they have karaoke every night from 5-9 pm! This is a great place to try for authentic Filipino food, they have an extensive menu so there's something for everyone.

As as a pinay, I give this place my stamp of approval. If you want Authentic Filipino eats, go here! I've had their food truck before and liked the food so I had a feeling I'd like the restaurant too.... The restaurant is big with ample seating and parking. The area is kinda sketch though so not sure I'd wander around here at night. But during the day it's fine! My friends and I went on a Sunday around 11:30am. It wasn't too busy yet but around 12:30, more peeps came in. We were greeted right away and sat down with our menus. The place is clean and the decor is eh but gives this Filipino homey vibe I know. There's also a lil market to the left if there are some Filipino snacks, cleaning products and random stuff you want. Our waitress was really nice and patient. The four of us ordered the Family platter, which feeds around 4-6 people- pork bbq, chicken inasal, tortang talong (eggplant omelette), ensalada, pancit, lempio (pork belly), lumpia (meat egg roll), fried bangus (milkfish) and rice. It was all yummy and we finished pretty much almost all of it. One of my friends never had Filipino food before and she enjoyed this. Our food came out at a decent time, I didn't think it was slow.... We also ordered the takoyaki and they were good too! Yes they do play happy birthday a lot and give you a free Filipino dessert with a trick candle if it's your birthday. Lols So you may hear it many times while you are there along with someone singing karaoke in the background. If that really bothers you then maybe go somewhere else. I don't think that's a reason to give an eh review. If you know us Filipinos, we love karaoke and celebrating birthdays. So I think it's really great Tambayan does this :) We came for my friends' birthdays and we had a fun time and enjoyed both desserts- brazo de mercedes and the layered ube pandan rice cake.
